My name is Cameron and I'm the founder of Cookie Cutting Recovery. 

I first had the idea to start this venture as I love learning about new ways to improve my training and recovery.
 

Learning how to recover better made me realise that I could use the skill and knowledge that I have to help the general public from the 9-5 desk worker that suffer with back pain to Professional Athletes who need to prep or recover for their session.

I Started my studies to become a Level 3 Qualified Sports Massage Therapist by travelling to Liverpool every weekend to practice the methods of massage therapy and learnt the biology through the course. As soon as I passed my Theory exams I went into practicing with close friends and local people that I knew would benefit from the therapy, from post op clients to the elderly.

I have invested many early mornings and late nights of working on this company and my own training to become the best Sport Massage Therapist that I can be for my clients, so that they may benefit greatly from the sessions and edge closer after each session to their recovery and a better state of living without suffering from muscle pain.
